Although we tailor our process specifically for each client, we base our approach on our proven six-step methodology to identify cost savings in an organisation. We call this methodology CUBE: Costs savings Uncovered By exhaustive Evaluation. Throughout the process, we will give you regular updates via progress meetings and action programmes, financial summaries and reconciliations to substantiate the cost savings we deliver.
